Housekeeping Employee

Winston is a B&B and bistro bar in the centre of Eindhoven. Guests drop in for dinner and drinks, or stay the night. A grubby bathroom or a badly made bed can spoil the whole visit, so we take our cleaning seriously.

That's where you come in. You keep the hotel rooms, the shared bathrooms and the restaurant in shape. Nobody compliments a clean bathroom, but everybody notices a dirty one.

What are you going to do?

You clean the hotel rooms and get them ready for the next guests.

You strip the beds and make them up with fresh bedding.

You clean the shared bathrooms and other communal areas.

You press and fold the linen.

You give the restaurant its daily clean.

You'll often work on your own, so we're counting on you to spot what needs extra attention without anyone pointing it out.

What are we looking for?

You are available 24 to 32 hours a week.

You work neatly and you don't cut corners.

Reliability matters here: if you say you'll be there, you're there.

You're fine working alone and easy to have around when the team's in.

Experience in housekeeping or cleaning helps, but it's not a must. A good eye and the will to work count for more.
